In the happy event that you sell your property and would like to remove it from our data base you can simply log into your account then from your admin page click on for edit my account. Now you have various options on how to proceed. Firstly, you can go to the very bottom of your edit listing page, where you will find a link to delete listing this will completely erase your listing from our database.

You also have the option by Scrolling down the list to where you see status and by clicking here you have the option to advertise your listing as pending or as sold, this is in case you are not overly confident of a sale and means you don’t have to completely delete your listing.

If however you are in negotiations potential buyer, and you just want to suspend your account you may do this by accessing your edit listings page where you will have a option to will suspend your account, you can do this by looking down the list to where you see active click on the drop-down menu and select no, this will mean that your listing will still be on our database, but will be suspended until you decide to reactivate or permanently delete it.
